- Be aware of responsibilities in relation with dangerous goods
- Respect the requirements of IATA regulations in accordance with dangerous goods aboard aircraft

- Anyone having to deal with passengers.

- Acquisition of theory and a practical phase. Each trainee receives a manual of the courses.
- Assessment of skills validation.
- The certificate is valid for 24 months.
